SPRING 2022 // ONLINE STUDIO

During the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a shift on how people were allowed to attend work and interact with others. One of the most common ways people would avoid getting sick at work was by working from home virtually. This project is a live/work space created for a fictional character by the name of Stephane Miroux from the movie The Science of Sleep. Stephane spends a large portion of the movie dreaming in some form, so oftentimes, the events occurring in the film are highly unrealistic and playful. This imaginative aspect can be captured in this live/work space created in the Pink Motel located in Sun Valley, California.
